Rae Photography Contract

Hello! If you have been directed to this page that means that you have decided to book with me! This agreement is between you and Rae Photography, none of the information you provide will ever be shared.

  1. Retainer and payment: The client shall make a non- refundable 50% down retainer at booking to Rae Photography Via Venmo, cash or Apple pay. Upon payment, Rae Photography and the client will reserve a time and date agreed upon by both parties. After the session is completed the remanding balance will be due at the location of the shoot.
  2. Cancellation: If the client request to amend or cancel this agreement 7 or more days before the scheduled session date the retainer shall be applied to a mutually agreed upon rescheduled date and time. If the client cancels this agreement, or fails to show, this agreement 6 days or day of the session the retainer shall be forfeited. In the case of an emergency, illness, or unfortunate weather (in the terms of both the client and the photographer) regarding the circumstances Rae Photography and the client has the option to reschedule the session within the same month.
  3. Rescheduling/late arrival: The client must reschedule 7 days or more days before the session, and the retainer will be applied to a new session within the same calendar year. Any client arriving late to the session will have that amount of time deducted from their agreed upon time.
  4. Online gallery: The clients online gallery will be available approx. 3-7 days after the session date. Rae Photography retains the artistic right of discretion in selecting the photographs provided in the online gallery.
  5. Editing: If the client wants a re-edit in a select few images provided in the released online gallery its a additional $25/hr. Rae Photography will discuss with the client the total re-edit charges before starting the process.
  6.  Social Media: Rae Photography will retain the right to post up to three session images on social media (Facebook and Instagram). All of the session images will stay on Rae Photography's website for a minim of 30 days. If the client decides to post their session photographs Rae Photography must be tagged in the post. Rae Photography does not allow the client to apply any filters or modify the images provided in anyway.
